Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

For Made-to-Order (MTO) and customized products, cancellations are not permitted after order placement.

Complaints regarding damaged or defective products must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Such products may be eligible for repair or replacement, at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for custom-made or installed items such as curtains, wallpapers, or blinds unless proven defective upon delivery.

5. Delivery

We currently offer delivery only within Hyderabad.

Delivery timelines vary by product and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable delivery charges will be mentioned beforehand.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain high-quality standards, natural variations in materials like wood may result in slight changes over time. Cracks or movement in solid wood may occur due to seasonal or environmental changes, and are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics and not covered under warranty.
