1. Cancellations

Made-to-Order (MTO) & Customized Products:

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. This is because each item is specially crafted based on your preferences and production begins immediately after order placement.

Non-Custom Products (if applicable):

Cancellations may be allowed within 24 hours of order placement, subject to approval. Please contact our team immediately.

2. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on customized or installed products such as:

Made-to-order furniture

Curtains, drapes, blinds

Wallpapers

Home décor items tailored to your selection

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details.

Once verified by our team:

We will offer repair or replacement, based on the issue and feasibility.

Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

3. Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
